Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences signed a Memorandum of Understanding with National Central University, GPS Application and Research Centre http://www.ncu.edu.tw/en/research.html. Researchers from GNSS&Meteo and GPSARC will actively look into application of GNSS signal to environmental monitoring, weather prediction and atmosphere studies. The collaboration is mutually beneficial as GNSS&Meteo has strong background in processing ground based GNSS data, while GPSARC is one of the key institution developing software for radio occultation in soon to be launched COSMICII mission. Within the scope of this agreement we are applying for national and international funding, exchange staff and students.
